I visited Camp Grayling yesterday and man do I owe you! I spent the day with Brigadier General Matthew Kambic and Major Gregory Betts. We flew out of Rickenbacker airport on a C-26 into Grayling then took a Blackhawk over to the camp. Spent the day watching missions, learning about the different equipment and trying out some of the gear. I got to fire a 155mm Hawilster at a target 4 miles away, played on the new simulators and had my first MRE. I almost felt guilty for enjoying my Jambalyia in a box. We flew back for grub on the Blackhawk, (doors open) then back to the base on a CH-47D Chinook. I got some really cool pictures to share once I find a place to post them. That was an awesome once in a lifetime experience, so thank you! Hopefully you'll get to spend a lot of time in Germany "recovering". Bob
